  • Custom Exercise Programs, Built for You: After we chat in our initial consultation, I will tailor programming to be suit you, and your goals. Through a coaching app —to which you will receive a unique link after our consultation— you will be able to access not only your weekly/monthly programming, but be able to access macro tracking, step tracking, an exercise library with thousands of exercises, have the ability to adjust days and workouts as necessary, in-app communication, and so so much more.

    The programming is specifically designed to address your individual needs and goals — NOTHING I make is “cookie cutter.”

  • Weekly Programming Refinement: To ensure you're always progressing, we'll review your progress and provide feedback weekly. At a prearranged time, you will fill out, and send a simple weekly check-in form through the training app. I will provide feedback, and make any necessary adjustments to the program for the following week. Your open and honest feedback is vital here—we'll work together to find the most effective approach for you. If something isn't working, we'll adapt and find what does. Please remember that while I provide expert guidance and personalized programming, your individual results will depend on your commitment, consistency, and adherence to the program.

  • Weekly Check-ins for Personalized Support: We will connect weekly via video calls/direct messaging (your choice) to discuss your progress, address any questions or concerns, and keep you motivated. This is your opportunity to get personalized guidance and support. If you would prefer to conduct check-ins solely via email, please let me know.

  • Dedicated Ongoing Support: I'm dedicated to supporting your journey. You will have access to me for ongoing support and questions via in-app messaging, email, or video call depending on your preference, and comfort level.

    It is also worth noting, I am not a team of trainers — you will not be on-boarded, and sorted off to some available trainer. Working with me will entail just that, and I do my best to make sure I give my clients the attention, and support they deserve.

  • Online Program Specifics: Please note: Unless otherwise discussed, this is a fully remote coaching program, designed for your convenience and flexibility, allowing you to train wherever and whenever you choose.
